St. Mary's sponsors yearly spiritual growth opportunities in the form of Workshops and Retreats. Our annual Women's Retreat in mid-Winter is an incredibly powerful and sacred space that attracts many members and friends each year. One Saturday each December the Parish Advent Retreat is an opportunity for adults in the congregation to gather for a day of prayer and relflection around a particular theme.

Workshops are offered as topics and interests arise. Past topics include “Centering Prayer,” “Take a Sacred Walk: Walking the Labyrinth,” "Morning B.R.E.W." and “Public Life 101: Community Organizing Training.”
