The St. Mary's Book Discussion Group meets the 1st Monday of the month from 7:00-8:30 PM in the Grauer Lounge.
On March 4 we will be discussing Dear Life, by Alice Munro, 336 pgs.
This collection, set mainly in the author's Canadian homelandaround Lake Huron,
explores how extraordinary life can be, through chance encounters and simple twists of fate.
The book is available for pick up at the 2nd floor Readers' Services Desk at the Park Ridge Public Library.

Your Faith Journey: Insights Through Storytelling
Join us March 8-9 at Techny Towers as Susan Haarman, M.Div helps us explore our own faith journeys through the techniques of storytelling. Be prepared to reflect on your own path in new ways as we get to know each other through fellowship.
Cost: Single room- $194 / Double room- $175

Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner at St Mary's to celebrate St Patrick's Day. BYOB…We will be entertained by the Irish duo, Banna. The festivities begin at 6:30 for dinner followed by the entertainment. The cost is $25 per person or $60 per family. Tickets are available from Alice or John Medenwald or Sonia Davidson or you can make reservations now at a-medenwald@neiu.edu. Setting up and serving coffee, juice, and treats, these volunteers create the first layer of connecting to the St. Mary’s community beyond Sunday worship.
