Civil Discourse and Christian Values | Wednesday Evenings in October: 7 to 8:15 pm

All are invited to join us beginning Wednesday, October 3rd for a four-week conversation on Civil Discourse and Christian Values. We will reflect on what civility looks like in our current context, and we will also think about what Christians bring to the table when it comes to speaking to one another with respect and love. Topics to be discussed include:

• What is civility, and what difference does it make?
• What are the basic tenets of civil discourse?
• How do our values impact our conversations with one another?
• As Christians, how do we model civility and reflect our values in the public square?

This will be a wonderful opportunity for us to share a common understanding of civility and why it matters. It’s also a great opportunity to gain some new conversational tools in advance of spending time with family and friends during the holiday season. Join us on Wednesdays, October 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th. We will begin our program promptly at 7:00 PM and finish at 8:15 PM. We look forward to seeing you.
